The Appeal Board has partially accepted the appeal of the defense of Marcinkiewicz.
The rest of the sentence is about extremists statements in the videos with comments on the films "Stalingrad" and "Okolofutbol."
The Court changed the classification of the crime for Marcinkiewicz from s. 282 h. 2, to h.1.
This was done at the request of the defense, who insisted on the cancellation or modification of qualifications, related to the fact that extremes statements from Marcinkiewicz made no casualties.
As his lawyer, Alex Mikhalchik, explained, Marcinkiewicz may be released in the near future due to the fact he served part of the term and can count on parole.
